Got the higher gig at work. Feels good.

Now to deal with the knob that didn't get it and will be reporting straight to me.

We've clashed heads before. I've been here longer whilst he is a bit older and therefore thinks he should be in charge.

Problem is, no one likes him including management.

They do say one of the best ways to progress your career is to focus on your knob work. People really appreciate someone who can handle a knob.

Shame about the knob. Working with people can be an occupational hazard at times
