Hi, please don't use NPD and 'selfish' as interchangeable words.

I didn't. You can be narcsistic, or behave in a narcissistic manner without having NPD.

Dictionary definition "a person who is overly self-involved, and often vain and selfish"

I wasn't using them interchangeably.
