Out west? Miss Seagoon spent about 4 months there, she couldn't wait to get back to Carlton.

I don't blame her. It's fucking dead out here. Peaceful, nice to have a music studio in my house. But it's no longer worth it. I need to be around people.

We talked a lot about it. The young Seagoons loved all the birds, the trees, the proximity to national parks, the night sky. She said no homeless in the streets but lots of suburban poverty and misery.
