A bowl of somewhat lazy tomato based curry made with stew beef and served with jasmine rice, some toasted naan with garlic honey butter, and garnished with some cilantro :)

(Somewhat lazy because I cheated making the "sauce", using a jar of curry sauce in addition to the aromatics I fried up, supplemented with a bunch of additional spices)

Aldi almost only carries store brand stuff, which is a big part of why theyre so cheap. The store brand for their flavors of curry sauce (I think there are 3 flavors) is called "cook house". If you're on a tight budget aldi is an amazing option for grocery shopping (just bring a quarter if you need a grocery cart, you get it back when you're done with the cart. And reusable grocery bags if you need them, they don't have disposable ones but you can buy reusable ones while checking out if you need to)

But honestly pretty much any tikka masala sauce will work pretty well if you're gonna add a whole bunch of stuff to dress it up, or even just any tomato based curry sauce. The brand shouldn't make much of difference

If you're gonna go make yourself some curry I hope it turns out delicious!!
