This is part of the problem that Biden faces just about everywhere, and Trump capitalizes on every opportunity. And when you think about it, there really isn't a viable solution to it.
Trump could say that alien monkeys are flying out of Biden's ass and are threatening to take over Washington DC by unleashing a herd of flying cows. Now of course, Biden and any reasonable person would normally dismiss something that stupid as the inane ramblings of a paranoid schizophrenic or some kind of dementia patient.
The problem is that if you're trying to win an election and 51% of the people who actually are going to vote consider alien monkeys flying out of your ass a very important issue, then you had better come up with a plan to stop alien monkeys from flying out of your ass. Sure, you could try to appeal to logic and say that there are obviously no alien monkeys flying around, but if 51% of people are convinced that the monkeys flying out of your ass are a huge problem, then you'll be appealing to logic during your concession speech.
Trump has exploited this at every opportunity with his firehose of lies. He has managed to convince a significant amount of voters that Biden is responsible for problems that may or may not even exist, and that Biden doesn't have answers for these so-called "problems". And since Biden can't literally disprove the impossible to people who don't want to listen in the first place, it makes Biden seem like he really doesn't have answers for these "issues" that Trump told them are suddenly very important.
