My pair of Teufel Massive just broke, and they just stopped making this model.
I need a new pair of headphones and have nothing against a upgrade.
My hearing profile is mainly electronic music on various genres, but I have a focus on large massive sounding bass but also crisp highs and nice mids, but not the fake DSP bass modern powered headphones do.
The Teufel Massive did that perfectly for me.

Someone here who can recommend a good pair of headphones that should fit my listening profile. I have nothing against needing a headphone amp for them. But no bluetooth or usb powered ones please.

I've had my sennheiser hd 598 headphones over 5 years now and they still sound great! I'm using a Fiio e10k with them. Very durable too, I've dropped them off my desk onto hardwood floor countless times. They look a little battle-scarred but sound good as new.

I have the same combo! I've had them for about the same amount of time as you, and they're still in great shape.

I originally only bought the e10k because my former PC's audio output were prone to interference, but I still love having the external DAC/amp.

Just ordered a pair of HD6XXs from Massdrop, can't wait to give them a shot.
