Ok this is one of those days I never get my clothes right - HALP. What are y'all wearing today?

I have an afternoon indoor shindig. Getting there involves PT and 20 mins walk. Walk will be in sunlight but then late Arvo when sun is gone. I get cold but warm up quickly when moving.

Have sneakers+jeans (black or blue). Do I go with

  • singlet and light knit long sleeve top + pashmina/glove/beanie backup
  • long sleeve undershirt and long sleeve knit + ...
  • do I go full overcoat and have to stash/carry it?
  • or big warm jumper
  • or a light jacket.

Its sunny and no wind but it's fekkin brisk.

Big warm jumper would be my go, rather be too warm than too cold this time of the year.

Love a cape! I do have a couple of ponchos that serve the same purpose

Right now it's about 18 inside with the splitty on low. I'm in shorts and a tee shirt with a thin long sleeve top over the top + socks. But I'm not going anywhere. On Thursday I wore the same except with shoes as well and a giant puffer jacket with no long sleeve shirt. I was actually a bit hot (shopping day, so I was in 22ยฐ environments most of the day), but I like that jacket because it makes me feel like a ๐Ÿ˜Ž emoji with a "get out of my way" vibe

Got a lightweight puffer jacket that you can stash in a bag?

I must the the only melburnian who does not own a puffer anything....but I did grab a Woollen cardi as a extra layer

There are at least 2 of us. Last puffy thing I had were some Kmart moon boots in about 86. Tragic.

Tragic? I think you mean awesome ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Nope. They were one of the most stupid fashion items ever.
