hmm it would be great if I could open this community link on lemmy.ml automatically without having to go to sopuli

You can, all you have to do is copy-pasting the link into lemmy's searchbar instead of clicking it. The name of the lemmy.ml link is also very easy to guess : lemmy.ml/c/organicmaps@sopuli.…

Yeah. Especially on mobile it's a bit inconvenient having to go through some hoops to eg. subscribe to some community on another instance.
