A small stick from the toothbrush tree (no kidding). You could also use other types of wood, like apple, pear or lemon tree. Or even licorice root.
Chewing on a stick is healthy for me?
chewing is generally healthy, we live in an age where most food is extremely soft compared to how it's been for most of human history (how many people sit gnawing on bones?), so our jaws could use some exercise.
Flossing is basically the same thing.
