I really don't care for running and I wonder how people enjoy it. It's a lot of work for what seems like limited benefits.
I really do feel you get much more bang for your buck weight training if you had to choose between the two.
I donโt mind a light jog on the treadmill if I can watch something on the iPad.
Helps me mentally more than physically. Sort of like a really exhausting mindfulness session.
