Saddest thing I have ever seen was a turtle whose dumbass owner fucking dropped it and cracked its shell.

I was unable to convince this person that thats very serious for a turtle. They did not take it to the vet and I no longer speak to them.

I seem to actually have quite bad judgement with people in that I trust them to be basically competent and truthful far, far too easily.

One ex gf of mine, as I was literally telling her not to do this, took my kitten, like 10 week old kitten, and put him somewhere quite high, and surprise surprise he fell off as he barely had any motor function.

Meanwhile her apartment was basically a hoarders den, her cat was very obviously mentally wrecked from this, yet she was 100% confident she knew more about cats than I did.

I have very bad luck making friends and partners =(
