The entirety of the Israeli justification and hasbara propaganda boils down to: it's Hamas, it's a Hamas Tunnel, it's a Hamas supporter.
The IDF blows up a playground full of children with a precision bomb: Hamas was there.
The IDF assaults a Hospital, pretty much blows it all up, murders 200 medical personnel and buries them in a common grave: Hamas was there and there was a Hamas Tunnel under it.
People who aren't complete total extreme racist psychopaths criticize the murder of children, doctors and nurses: they're Hamas Supporters or even Terrorist Supporters.
So yeah, that Meme is satire of the stupidity of Israeli excuses and of the extraordinary stupidity and/or Nazi-level racism of those who at this point - after all that has happenned and the overused of such excuces to justify some of the most inhumane, sociopathic actions since the Nazis - believe in and parrot them.
