So they injured white people on purpose to cover up the fact that they were injuring black people on purpose. Jesus Christ they really can't do anything honestly, can they?

Not even I think they were just pretending to ticket white people

No tickets were actually issued, they put in police databases that they had issued a ticket, which I don’t think is used for actual proceedings

Oh so they were just plain lying to cover up the fact that they actually ticketed minority drivers more often. That tracks
