So what happens if it rains hard, someone sprays your car with a hose, or you drive through a big puddle and you’re not in “Car Wash Mode”?

Depends. Is the car in direct sunlight at the time?

Cuz they rust faster when wet in the sunlight. Known fact about the Cybertruck.

That is not ideal.

I think I like paint more than worrying about preventing rust on a new vehicle in the summer.
