Oh gosh I asked the nurse to take a pic of my wound as I can't see it and it's not a wound...it's a 1x1 sized chunk of a hole! Yikes!

That is just a baby! Got some healing to do though. Lots of not sitting on your bum, high protein eating and daily dressing for a bit. Have you got help with the dressings?

Yep the hospital has arranged for nurses to come home and change it for me. I have to go into the office tomorrow unfortunately because tEaM sTraTeGy dAy so I might need to sit for a bit.

Try to lean on one cheek at a time. Pressure is going to delay your healing.

Yeah that's the plan. On a positive note, the hole is a bit closer to my lower back so it doesn't currently hurt when I sit. Let's see once the pain meds wear off.

I’ve had delightful job of helping friend dress one of those. Good luck!

Thanks! It's in an unfortunate location so I won't be asking my housemate to help. The hospital has arranged for a nurse to come and help me so hopefully that works out!

You're young. You'll heal pretty quickly. Still, it's a bit of a shock. Rest up. You'll be back to playing tennis before you know it.
