This is going to be lost on you because you're an obvious troll, but maybe it's helpful to someone else who may come across it:

There's a big difference between saying "I like fat bottomed girls" and saying "I fixed this girl by making her bottom fatter".

And before you say "tHaTs NoT wHaT tHe TwEeT sAyS", that's this whole Twitter account's schtick - "fixing" images of women by making their asses and titties fatter, and applying Snapchat filters to their faces.
