I could probably also post this to zerowaste, but I think food seems like a good fit. This is about as easy and low-risk as making cheese gets, and a great way to use up expired milk!

The first time my partner stayed the night I accidentally gave them some sour milk for their coffee, but we ended up making some farmers cheese and it turned out to be lovely! It's always a treat now.
