I could probably also post this to zerowaste, but I think food seems like a good fit. This is about as easy and low-risk as making cheese gets, and a great way to use up expired milk!

I hope you enjoy it! It's a versatile cheese, kind of bland on its own, but with the right seasonings it makes a great dip or spread. We've used it as cream cheese on bagels, dip for chips, filling for ravioli or stuffed shells, in omelets, and of course, to make syrniki
