I am not sure if this is the right place to post. I have a step grand daughter who is 9, her English is coming on leaps and bounds and she is doing very well at school(in all subjects). I would like to take her some English reading books when I visit next month and I have no idea of what age range I should be looking at for her. I assume at age range younger than she is as English is a second language but also I don’t want to insult her. Any ideas?

How is this a question to ask in a SWEDISH sub? Your first assumption was correct, this is not the right place to ask.

I don’t know I thought that maybe there were brits living in Sweden that have bilingual children that might help. However, I thank you for your animosity.
