Soda.

I've since transitioned to Zero versions of the drink and Rite and lite. Hinahanap hanap talaga ng dila ko ung sweetness ng soda. It has been a very long process (years), but the guilt is there, I've just learned not to listen to it lmao.

Junk food. Kada labas ko ng bahay, for whatever reason, I pass by the local grocery or convenience store to buy junk food.

but i'm tamad and weak. nakayanan ko naman talagang deliberately wag bumili for a while (i bought yung korean unflavored brand instead and assembled my own "sauces") pero nung nagkapromo yung grocery na may pa-freebie na 3 packs iyaq si aq
