Humanities greatest achievement in the cosmos will be creating a galactic bathtub big enough to hold Saturn and we shall fill it with water and have it float. It shall be so. The sheer amount of resources required would require a Kardeshev type I on the minimum, if not type II. Also, let's be honest the only thing funnier would be a ceramic toilet around Uranus.
