I'm quite surprised the rating for input AC isnt more acceptable. Lots of electronics allow 100V-240V and 50-60Hz so you just need to swap the cable to fit the outlet where you are. Your anker equipment seem pretty much useless here without something to synthesize north american AC.

Maybe call anker to find out if they're that restricted and you better just leave it all at home.
