I tried them some years ago. Meal was perfectly fine but agree there’s so much packaging, and didn’t really save any kitchen time. I think it’s main benefit would be to take away the mental load of planning meals. Personally if I need convenience I prefer to grab one of those premade meals from supermarket like a youfoodz. They aren’t brilliant but are healthier than takeaway. Gets the job done when no time to cook.

yeah, when I can't be bothered thinking about what to eat, a bag of salad and a bit of protein (whatever I feel like at the time) takes no time to cook, is cheap and healthy.
