So I've been steadily working out for 6 months after being taken out for the same amount of time prior to a shoulder injury. I'm starting to see results and this pleases me.

I wouldn't say my shoulder is 100% but it's fine provided I stay away from certain movements.

I had the exact same issue. Shoulder injury that was giving me migraines.

Did you get over your injury?

Yeah eventually strengthening my back and shoulders has made it barely noticeable. It was a slow build up to the gym for me as well.
