It's actually Palm Sunday but I'd like to change it to Chicken Parma Sunday instead. 🐓

Fully approve of oven roasting the toms before soupifying them. They lose water and the flavour intensifies amazingly. When can I come over and do some quality control testing ?????

Any time! Its done, pureed and added a dash of cream and its sensational with some homebaked spelt sourdough toast.
