Bacon, eggs, hollandaise on an English muffin please! I'm late to the hollandaise party. So good but I feel like it's hardly ever on breakfast menus anymore โน๏ธ
It's good when it's good. During the hollandaise craze before covid, a lot of places bought the stuff ready made in a plastic bag and it was HORRIBLE. Also is a good breeding ground for bacteria, so order from a reputable supplier only imo. Or learn to make it yourself, which is not particularly easy but is by far the best.

Fun fact: in a recent study, Burmese python proved to be the most efficient source of farmed protein. In light of that, can I please have bacon and eggs on toast?
