I've tried looking it up, but I failed miserably. Whatever information is from the Philippine Department of Agriculture, it's on their Facebook page, and it's in a goddamnawful image of a table form!
Anyways, I got the info, compiled it into a spreadsheet.
Source information as well as the images is in the spreadsheet.
But most of the info there is for vegetables. The only fruits in there are the ff:
I just realized that it doesn't answer your question. I suppose you really need to compile the information yourself somehow, perhaps an e-mail to the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry could be a good start. Perhaps they have already compiled the information, but haven't made it public.
