I get that, but just because you assume he would consent doesn't mean implied consent.

True, but he, and all of my children have repeatedly given me blanket consent to post their likenesses on the Internet. Just because I haven't chosen to actually do that, doesn't mean that I am disrespecting their consent, right?

Dude... that's incoherent. If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that your kids gave you consent, that you choose not to exercise but also, you have kinda lost me here.
