As an Irish person living in Sydney that has visited America, it's probably about as noticable to us here as an English or Aussie accent is to you there.

We can also differentiate between different regional American accents, like southern, New York, Boston.

Also, the fact that you say y'all would stand out. It's not a word here, but understood due to media.

I think so too. I was raised in the inner city then moved to the south lol

So my slang is like, chill, ghetto , gangster, but then also really respectful, direct and polite. Say chicks, dudes, yall with a light southern twang.
