Mabuhay at maligayang pag-alis sa Lemmy! ✈️

An abandoned community for the Philippines and all things Filipino! 🇵🇭

Started out as a Reddit alternative during the blackout from Jun 12-21, 2023 with over 1k members in just a few days. Fizzled faster than the "I Didn't Do It" kid after a month until it became the internet's Centralia in less than a year.

Kahit hindi kasalanan ng nakapatay (kesyo self-defense pa yan or negligence ng victim), the de facto ruling is almost always to charge who killed them kasi dead is dead. Kaya nga tayo may courts e, to prove definitively kung sino culpable.

Pwede rin kasi na yung SUV tumatakbo above 60 or nakita niya yung rider ahead and had time to avoid him pero sinadya pa rin banggain to teach the rider a lesson knowing he's in the right. I'm not saying that's what happened but this is exactly what due process means.

Inuuna nyo ulit kasi emosyon at inaaway na naman yung constitution at rule of law.
