Well, you have to see the good thing with bolaget too! A normal Swedish person can go into any system bolaget and buy/order alcohol, beer and wine from all over the world... I now live in Thailand, and sure you can buy alcohol everywhere... But I can't even find a single malt whiskey if I don't go to a specialty shop in the tourist areas, and for beer I can basically only choose from the 2 large local breweries.
