Don't editorialize your submission and keep it opinion free. When submitting links to articles from news sources or other official outlets, use the original title from the source, unless context makes it clear the purpose of your post is not a discussion about the content itself (e.g. for comedic effect). In case of a bad title, for the purpose of clarification it is allowed to add details (name/place) into the title, or replace the title with a full quote from the article's opening paragraph.

Removed:

News articles reporting on ordinary violent crime are removed because of low discussion value, but can be re-submitted as a self-post with some discussion basis/arguments. Exceptions are made for odd or comedic crime as well as crimes that attracted large national attention.
