How good is oyster sauce? The good stuff, especially (I'm still on a bottle of Megachef that's lasted me over a year). Lifts up any tired old vegetable stir fry. The perfect balance of sweet, salt, and savoury πŸ‘ŒπŸ½γ€€especially with a dash of rice wine thrown in. Don't need much else.

I love it. I add it to sauteed mushrooms. Special shout out to hoisin sauce. A fantastic little dipping sauce for all meat delicacies.

My partner puts it in the noodle stir fry he makes, along with sesame seed oil. It makes it taste like an amazing restaurant dish 🀀

I love oyster sauce!

Add to veggies or soups with 2 minute noodles and I’m in heaven!

Oh it is such a great addition to 2 minute noodles. But in soups, I have never tried that before... I'm not a huge soup person but I should give it a go in winter. I can imagine it's a nice alternative to stock powder for cheap and easy seasoning

I add the powder packets and stuff and then oyster sauce as well.

It’s quite nice with some flavours but I totally forgot about the stir fry noodles I used to cook with oyster sauce, water, dash of sesame oil, lol bit of sugar from memory, so delicious!
