The name of the previous most popular conservative party in Canada before it got trounced, reduced to 2 seats, and then merged with the Reform Party to create the Conservative Party of Canada. Yes, the name is a contradiction. We also find it funny. Just an idiosyncrasy of Canadian politics.
Remember that brief moment where they were the Conservative Reform Alliance Party?
