Hello fellow reditors, this is my last place I wanted looking for help but might as well give it a try. Can anyone around Gävle region bring spare R16 tyre or know a tow truck that can tow a car from gävle to Käppalskar for a reasonable price. I'm writing this because my father who was on a way from Norway to the ferry in Käpplskar, the car experienced some problem with the fuel system while driving and as a result of that he was driving slowly from Möra on the side of the road untill this point. Current situation is that the insurance company couldn't offer any kind of help and sofar I contacted two road service companies who both gave price of 10 000 sek for tyre repair and 20 000 sek for towing the car to käppalskar which is 1/3 value of the car.

To make it worse for my father his English speaking abilities are not the greatest. So I'm like middleman for all this. Anyway any sort of help would be appreciated and awarded monetary.

BTW how big is the fine for stopping on a side of motorway unconditionally?
