Ikea: Releases ads hoping to get the LGBT demographic to buy their shitty furniture. Doesn't really support LGBT in any way other than using it for their own self promotion. After the shark toy becomes popularly associated with trans people they immediately move to discontinue it in China, but don't because of backlash.

It's like rushing out to buy a big mac and posting pictures online because mcdonald's changed their pfp on facebook for pride month, except the blahaj got its association with trans people completely by accident.

Their furniture is only shitty if you buy their budget stuff. You can definitely get good quality stuff.
