Hej, anyone had any experience in what happens with your first hand contract after a divorse? My exwife originally agreed we will try exchange our first hand contract (that is in my name) for 2 on lägenhetsbyte... but now has said she want the first hand contract to herself and will go to court about it. She has a 15 year queue spot that she doesnt want to use. Meanwhile I will be left with nothing. Doesnt seem right?

I took a short term second hand contract for a few months just to get space so im currently there while she is in the first hand apartment.

If she goes to court and she actually has 15 years on queue time, and you have 0. The court will rule in your favour.

Other things will be taken into account though, like your economies.

What is my favour? That I'd keep the contract?

It just seems crazy that the court would say "wife you can have the contract and your queue spot. Husband, you can having nothing"

Our economy is pretty even, me a bit more but nothing crazy

Yes, you’ll keep the contract most likely.
