Hej :) I have cycled through Scandinavia and fell in love with scandinavia, I am planing on moving to Scandinavia but I can not decide on which country. Actually i was Planung to move to Sweden and also speak A2 level Swedish but the government is more on the right wing side.
I am F. early 20 asian looking human rights activist deeply believe in a cosmopolitan system, democracy, care a lot about the lgbtq+ community and dislike „Asian“ style parenting and that family hierarchy stuff.
I am afraid of racism and disacceptance for me as a human being.
As German, people here can be quite racist, Germans never saw me as German, often ask me where I „really“ from, kids on the street do Asian eye gesture… even my friends often ask me about Asian country and culture related stuff. I have just as much knowledge as most of the Germans do. Why is that different?
So which of these two countries might suit me better? Or maybe none of them?
I offer: skiing skills, alpine climb experience, love for licorice, dried fish and BUTTER. Out going, activism for human rights, love big dogs, MBA in mathematics, ironman distance Triathlet, lifeguard license, bad dad jokes! a living 4 year old sourdough starter! I can make 11 different German breads. Please take me Scandinavia 😅

jqrtmd7Although you ignore my question, I can tell. But I wonder why as you feel your Asian faces are causing the biggest problem and just ran just a child. As a activist, why don't you try to improve it from the most prominent problem instead of choosing an better comfortable area to live in Stockholm since SJ has an ad for your orgnasition.

jqrvpi4Sorry for ignoring your questions, there has been a lot of comments going on. Can’t answer all of them. I Never run from any hardships always looked at the bright side. But I am a human being so why is it considered as running away just because I want to treated like everyone else and live a better, happier, healthier life surround by great nature? Would you fight your whole life? Everyday? Explain everyone you have encountered with when they are being prejudiced, what they did wrong. What is considered as offensive. Open a club or activist Organisation, find approach common sense people all by yourself? Next to your daily job, sportsmanship? Activism doesn’t mean gave more than you can bear. Activism simply means stand up for something you think it’s wrong. But just like in planes first save yourself then others!

jqsa66lI guess you are not European since your parents are based in China? I can only speak for myself. I really do have a hard hard time talking to Chinese people. They seems so „know it all better“, „dictating how i should think“, not respecting my boundaries and talking constantly in a mocking way, which i hate. Everyone is equal so do not talk down on me. I guess there is simply a big cultural differences in between. and i won’t listen to elders or my parents if they being AH or talking weird shiity stuff. I’ll go and explain to them in a respectful way they are wrong and they should stop being AHs. Despite looking Asian, I am a normal German person. This is something many Chinese do not get, I have been told I have been white washed, i should come to my senses, it’s just a phase. But your blood is „Chinese“. Damn is not Chinese my blood is zero negative.

jqs8guhI think in contrary my whole family are living either in Germany or in the US. My dad is half Irish and American born, he got duo citizenship. Therefore I am a quarter Irish. I have never lived in any Asian culture. At home we speak German we eat pretzel with butter and Kohlrouladen(cabbage with (veggi)meat filling). with sauerkraut. And I love it, taste like home. When I tried to apply for visa for China ( I am not Chinese citizen) I got rejected. So a couple of weeks later I tried again and got rejected a second time. So I went to our Organisation in AI to figure out why because all the people in the embassy say is they can not grant me visa and i should stop trying.
