Håller med om att det borde vara krav att det skrivs. Lämna löneanspråk är drygt på så många sätt.
Men som det är finns inget sånt krav och då är det som annan förhandling, varför skulle de gå direkt till de högsta de är villiga att betala om ansökandes löneanspråk är lägre?
