Usually when people say this I just go "give me your phone, I'd like to look through your browser history, photos, and recently used apps" and when the inevitable "WHAT? no that's mine" response comes, I hit them back with "if you've got nothing to hide then what do you have to worry about?"

"Who do you trust more, the guy who always closes his blinds, or the guy who demands to be allowed to look into your home and demands blinds be made illegal?"
