This may come as a surprise to you but chopping off your leg because you stubbed your toe is not generally regarded to be good medical practice.

He didn't do that. He MADE THE OFFICIAL EXCHANGE RATE MORE SIMILAR TO THE STREET RATE.

So it looks like it HALVED in USD.

BUT IT STAYED THE SAMEEEEEEEEEE
