Hi, I am planning a family ski trip to Idre Fjäll in week 11 (March 11-17). But I am not too familiar with the Swedish climate in the area.

Is this way too late in the year to go skiing there? Am I to expect very little snow and slushy melting snow at that? Or is this totally normal?

I noticed that Idre advertises that they have "snow guarantee" but not sure what to make of it.

I would love to hear the experiences of the natives :-)

PS. We do alpine style skiing. No cross country. If that matters.

Well for half the family this will be their first time on ski. For the other half they are beginners/intermediate and older people.
