I tried some F-Droid and Izzy apps and none of them support lyrics.

I suppose that VLC supported this but I didn't find how I can do it at least with audio files.

Retro/Metro Music player is what I use. Open source and looks great!

Metro is just a free loaded version of Retro

I didn't know that Metro still receives updates. I have to try if for myself, thanks.

Yeah hasn't received updates in a bit, but I don't think it really matters for an offline music player, the material you design is great

Does it have ReplayGain support?

I corrected my typo, but ReplayGain is a tag in mp3 files that can store volume information. Thats so that each song's volume can be adjusted so that they all sound like they're at the same volume.
