But it wouldn't be illegal even if she was a man is it? Because here in Germany there are no laws against it. I don't know the context of this.

I don't know the specific law in that state. This just shows that conservatives don't care about the "biological gender", but mostly about how a person presents themselves. They basically want to force women to look and behave a certain kind of way.

I’m fairness, they also want to force men to look and behave a certain kind of way. It’s all about control with them.
