I’m using it without vpn from Finland. Why would you need vpn?

It's strange. Yesterday I was consistently getting connection refused from the site. There are some instances which are blocking the EU as far as I can tell (gdpr fear maybe?) and I thought this was more of the same. Thanks for the information!
