I just did a battery swap on my OG Dualsense – boosted from 1560mah to 4200. It was $17 and took 5 minutes. It gets well over 12 hours a session. I’m not sure I’d want the controller any thinner. The battery life was my only gripe.

At this moment it weighs 288 grams, nearly identical to the Xbox Series X’s claimed 287g.
