Yeah, there's still a lot of issues. feddit.de hasn't really been federating posts to us for a month now: https://feddit.de/post/7021742

v0.19.2 was released shortly after you posted. apparently, it should fix the other problems with outgoing federation.

That's good to hear, hopefully all the issues are fixed and we'll (all instances who've been holding out on 0.18.5) be able to upgrade to 0.19.2 in the near future
