It's called deflection. Clinton is irrelevant in ~~2020~~ 2024. They only talk about him so they can quit talking about the person that is not irrelevant. Just like Hunter Biden.

Ironically enough, since his cult members are anti-communist to a pathological degree, the first country to employ whataboutism as an official government policy was the USSR.
They would reply to every criticism from the US, no matter how justified, with "but you hang negroes" and similar.
