As of now, there is no way for pwas to rebrand themselves on IOS. The only way is to reinstall - and lose local data.

I mean all the data is on my profile so I'm willing to reinstall. What's the method exactly?

You just remove and add to home again? This is for when the app developer changes the icon or name. In that case the only way to get the updated branding is to reinstall.
