One of the very first flights they cancelled was my flight to Tokyo. They sent an email saying: "We regret to inform you that your flight will be cancelled. To apply for reimbursement, please follow these instructions: […]"

So I followed the instructions and they didn't reimburse me for 1200 CHF. Why not? They worded their email cleverly: "will be cancelled." They apparently only actually cancelled it the next day.

Fuck that airline. I've been boycotting them ever since, including for my business travel. I will literally pay twice as much if it means not giving them a nickel.

Every airline does this crap.

Lufthansa cancelled my business class seats....just to have them be sold at a higher price. (I was checking flights to rebook with other airlines and business class seats were still available but for a much higher peice).
